Tropicalia is a fusion of two friends’ work. Both born in Brazil and based in the Netherlands, photographer Renata Chede and artist Ste Marihan have combined their expertise to explore the deep connection between the spirit of their home country and the Dutch lifestyle. Created by Ste drawing in oil pastel over Renata’s images, the surreal mixed media pieces depict moments filled with rainbows, imaginary fruits, and high doses of bliss that will be remembered with joy.
In May of 2015, a success story was born. Putting their trust in me with a team of talented professionals I was able to create, coordinate and develop one of my dream projects. The paper manifest is a special project for artists supported by Canson Brazil.
